Hejhej!
This will be my first post in English. Why? I am in Sweden for exactly one month now and I was wondering, if my blog is interesting for non-Germans. Soo. Let‘s have a try!
But before I go on, a few words about me: I am „flügelwesen“, 21 years old and at the moment I am an Erasmus Student in Gothenburg, Sweden. Actually I am from Germany, where I study social work. I am vegetarian for about 3 years now and this is my blog, where I show delicious recipes, some tips for “food shopping” and restaurants!
The idea is, that I give you monthly an overview about my recent blogposts (that might be interesting for you) and a little translation as well, because all my posts are in German.
So, that’s it. Some feedback would be more than wonderfull!
Take care and enjoy your september!

Restaurants in Gothenburg tested in August
Kings Head (andra langåtan 32a)
I’ve been there for friday afterwork and I totally recommend that! On friday you just pay for one beer and you get a small but very nice buffet for free! The food is mostly vegetarian but there is also some vegan stuff. (german post)
Food shopping in August
Lidl (google it!)
Actually Lidl is a cheap German foodstore. So I was curious about the Swedish one. It is cheap as well, also they have soy milk (sweetened) and some vegetarian (not vegan!) burgers, miced meat and meat balls. The selection is nigther the best nor the biggest, but it is (for Sweden) quite cheap! (german post)
Food
Pizza Tartlets
I was looking for a recipe for some food that I could take easy to work or to university. I love pizza, so I made some pizzadough and put it into little muffin pans. I filled them with tomatosauce, tomatoes, Broccoli and of course cheese! (german post)
Vegan cheese
I brought some vegan cheese at ICA Focus. I was really excited, but unfortunally it tastes like a plastic bag. So any ideas what I can do with it? (german post)So, that’s it. Some feedback would be more than wonderfull!
